My vacation is coming to it's end and I don't feel like any scrapping or cardmaking at the moment. I'm thinking about reorganising my room 'cause my working space has become to small with my Cricut taking to much space. I only have a small room, so it's not easy but really necessary. I think I would create much more with an adjusted desk. In the mean time, only candy links.

I won great blog candy!

I won great candy at Elzybells Blog: this was my favorite stamp set of their new release. Isn't it gorgeous and funny! Thank you very much Elizabeth!

I'm back from Paris

I had a great time in Paris. The weather wasn't perfect, but with only one rain shower it was way better than in Belgium. We visited Père Lachaise, the Pantheon, Champs Elysees, etc.
And on our last day we went to 'Le Temple du Scrap' (http://www.letempleduscrap.com/). Definitely worth a visit although it's not in the touristic area. The Temple is really big (in comparison with what we have in Belgium) and there are also other shops around it (Muji is my favorite as we don't have one in Brussels anymore)

Last candy links...

... before I leave for Paris tomorrow. I've planned a lot of excursions to mainly less touristic places 'cause we've already seen the Eifel Tower etc. before. I hope everything goes well 'cause these last days both my mom and I were felt a bit sick. I'll be back next Saturday!

Meet Kai Mook!

I've been to the Zoo in Antwerp yesterday. This was already planned since March so it was a coincidence that last weekend a baby elephant was born there. There were way to many people, but I was also very lucky to see this little cutie so soon! It wasn't easy to take nice pictures as the older elephants were always around her, so I'm showing an official photo. (http://www.baby-olifant.be/)

layout Kos: Asklepeieon

The first finished one of three layouts I'm working on right now. It's based on Creanijn's sketch 15. I used Basic Grey Sugared papers and I made the title with my brand new Cricut!

Ribbon storage

I have two different storage systems for my ribbon collection. I'll start with the ribbons

bought per meter, etc. I keep them sorted by colour in boxes from a Dutch budget store (1€/each). It's a bit messy but it works fine for me .

I have my ribbon on rolls seperatly in this box from Really Usefull Boxes (http://www.reallyusefulproducts.co.uk/). I must admit the bigger rolls don't fit in, but I don't have a lot of these so I keep them somewhere else.

I've been sick these last days and I'm still not feeling very well. So this will be a calm weekend with lots of time to finish some layouts (but I have to charge the batteries of my camera, so the pictures will be for later) and surfing the internet.
