Art Specially 2016

Op 10 april trokken m'n mama en ik naar de Art Specially beurs in Nijkerk.  Het was weer geweldig!

Super veel inspiratie opgedaan, leuke spulletjes gekocht en voor het eerst ook een aantal workshops gevolgd. Het resultaat hiervan zie je op de laatste foto.  Dit is me zo goed meegevallen, dat ik er de volgende keer nog een paar meer probeer te doen.

Art Specially

Wat is het lang geleden dat ik nog eens iets postte op m'n blog.  Ik heb nochtans niet stilgezet hoor, maar laat me beginnen bij het begin: in april ben ik naar de Art Specially beurs in Nijkerk geweest. Ik heb er allerlei nieuwe spulletjes gekocht, zoals jullie hieronder kunnen zien. Om het budget dat ik uitgegeven heb, toch een beetje te rechtvaardigen, heb ik me wel voorgenomen om er snel mee aan de slag te gaan.  Ondertussen heb ik al een heleboel geëxperimenteerd met oa. m'n allereerste Brusho's en Dylusions Sprays.  Jullie mogen binnenkort dus zeker nog wat berichten verwachten!

Hi there,

As the end of the year is coming closer, I seem to have even less time for crafting. But that doesn't mean I don't think of it. I bought some great new stuff lately and I thought I'd share this with you.

First I spend my birthday money in a great stamping shop in Belgium(http://blog.chriscoudenys.be). It was my first time there and I was amazed how many stamps you can get in such a small place. The shop owner was a very nice lady and gave us lots of tips. It was not easy to choose, but this is what I brought home.

Secondly I went to Pipoos (http://www.pipoos.be/) as I read in their newsletter the loyalty card are worth extra now.

On top of this the Martha Stewart punches were in reduction, which made I only had to pay 6€ for all of this :)

And last but not least I went to Boekenfestijn (http://www.boekenfestijn.com/) last Thursday. I love reading thrillers and I came home with about 10 new books. But a lovely extra is that they also have hobby materials. A difficult choice and I already regret I didn't buy some other stamps, but my budget is limited. And you can't buy everthing, even if it's really cheap.

Knotsgekke kaartendagen

Yesterday my mom and I went to Knotsgekke Kaartendagen (a craft show in the Netherlands).
I think this edition was less interesting in comparison with other years. There weren't really great actions and there are some things on my wish list that I didn't found. But no worries, I've spend my money on other great stuff as you can see :)

Last week there was a big cardmaking event in the Netherlands. I was a bit disappointed 'cause last year there were more interesting offers, but I didn't drive so far to come home with nothing. So this is the new stuff I bought there. I also picked up 4 new cricut cartridges which I bought on a Dutch auctionsite: 4 cartridges for 100€ was a pretty good buy I think :)

Yesterday I went to a big event where they sell books at interesting prices, but they also have other things. This time I found Inkadinkado stamps for 0.99€! This is what I came home with:

Shopping and candy

This week I went to the shop during my midday break because I needed 3 buttons to put on a card. And guess what I came home with ...484 buttons! There was a huge sale in the shop and this lot only costed me 5 euro.

I also received a gorgeous package from Carla as I won her blog candy some time ago. I can't wait to use this beautiful stamps!

I'm back from Paris

I had a great time in Paris. The weather wasn't perfect, but with only one rain shower it was way better than in Belgium. We visited Père Lachaise, the Pantheon, Champs Elysees, etc.
And on our last day we went to 'Le Temple du Scrap' (http://www.letempleduscrap.com/). Definitely worth a visit although it's not in the touristic area. The Temple is really big (in comparison with what we have in Belgium) and there are also other shops around it (Muji is my favorite as we don't have one in Brussels anymore)

Sale shopping in De Creatie

Last Saturday was really the last day before 'De Creatie' closed it's doors. I got up very early because I wanted to be in Veghel when the shop opened and it is a 2 hours drive. There were already lots of people and you had to be fast to grab some stuff. My mother and I came home with a lot of great new supplies, as you can see: lots of stamps, patterned papers, etc. Everything for less than 100 euro!

Sale shopping

Yesterday was the last day the Dutch stamping shop 'De Creatie' was open. The week before I drove whole the way to Veghel to go shopping in this great shop. It's really sad they are closing. I came home with lots of paper, magazines and stamps, as you can see.

On the way back home we also stopped at Scrapland in Breda, another shop that closes it's doors. There wasn't a lot anymore, but I still managed to fill my bag.

Last Saturday I went to De Creatie, a stamping shop Veghel (the Netherlands). There was a sale as the shop is closing. It's sad 'cause I've never seen a shop with so many stamps! When I came home I immediately had regrets I didn't buy more stamps!

Scrapbook shoppen in Nederland

Vandaag ben ik gaan scrapbookshoppen in Nederland. We begonnen met Tessa Tegendraads (http://www.tessategendraads.nl/). Het was m'n eerste keer in deze leuke winkel en meteen ook m'n laatste keer want Tessa stopt er mee en houdt leegverkoop. Alle artikelen worden met minstens 30% korting verkocht. Er was al veel weg (bijna geen cardstock meer en ook voor distress inkt was ik te laat), maar toch nog toffe koopjes gedaan!

Op de terugweg zijn we nog gestopt bij Hobbidee (http://www.hobbidee-breda.nl/) in Breda. Ook m'n eerste bezoekje daar en ik ben heel blij deze winkel te hebben ontdekt! Zoveel leuke dingen (wat een papier- en stempelcollectie!) , ik kon m'n ogen bijna niet geloven. Dit maakte de keuze natuurlijk niet gemakkelijk, maar aangezien ik gisteren een auto heb gekocht, moest ik toch wat op m'n budget letten. Knotsgekke kaartendagen

Ik had er lang naar uitgekeken en vandaag kon ik eindelijk naar 's Hertogenbosch rijden voor de Knotsgekke kaartendagen. De cuttlebug stond bovenaan m'n verlanglijstje, maar ik heb ook nog allerlei andere spulletjes gekocht: stempels, brads, rickrack, tijdschrift, pins, nestabilities, etc.
