Orange #5

This is a card I'm very pleased about :)  I absolutely love this La Blanche stamp, but I don't think I've used it before.  Because I didn't want it to become to busy,  I only colourd the flowers with distress markers.  The background is an Aladine stamp (mariage set),  stamped with Versamark.  The sentiment is from the Crafty Secrets set 'Glamour Girls'.

Grid technique

The current challenge on the Belgian stamping group 'Creatief met Stempels' is the grid technique. I've had fun trying it out, so I've made 2 cards for this one: a christmas card and a birthday card. Today I'm only showing the birthdaycard on my blog. Because I don't want to spoil the surprise I'll show you the other card when my brother in law received it. 

Challenge on stamping group

I'm a member of the Belgian stamping group: creatief met stempels. Every 2 weeks we get a challenge, but I wasn't in a creative mood, so the last months I didn't enter. After a hard needed vacation in Budapest last week, I wanted to ink my stamps again this weekend.  This 'faux marbre technique' is not difficult and real fun to try!
